Project Funding and Funds Balances
These reports outline transportation projects with obligated funds and the funds available to the OTO's members.
State of Transportation and Performance Measures Reports
These reports and infographics track progress on eleven performance measures outlined in the Journey 2035 long range transportation plan that have been continued through the Destination 2045 plan. Starting in 2018, the format of the OTO Performance Measures Report was revised, and the latest version can be found in the State of Transportation reports.
Growth Trends Reports
These reports track residential construction and population growth in the OTO Region.
Bicycle and Pedestrian Reports
These reports cover the wide range of bicycle and pedestrian planning conducting by the OTO.
Transit Studies and Plans
The OTO conducts both long range transit planning and detailed transit data analysis in cooperation with City Utilities Transit.
Railroad Studies
The OTO has conducted a limited number of studies related to the region's railroad network. These studies have primarily focused on crossing safety.

Corridor Studies
The OTO regularly conducts corridor studies to identify needed improvements. Many of these studies focus on the region's freeways or significant regional connections.
Congestion Management Process
These documents describe the OTO's efforts to monitor regional congestion and evaluate the effectiveness of mitigation efforts.
