The public is invited to comment on the Ozarks Transportation Organization’s updated Limited English Proficiency (LEP) Plan. This program includes an analysis of the OTO region and policies designed include individuals with limited English proficiency in all aspects of OTO’s planning activities. The draft plan can also be viewed on OTO’s webpage at https://www.ozarkstransportation.org/our-resources/civil-rights.
The public comment period will continue until end of business day May 15, 2024. After reviewing recommendations and public comments, the OTO Board of Directors will decide whether to formally adopt the Limited English Proficient Plan at its regularly scheduled meeting on May 16, 2024, at noon.
