Annual Listing of Obligated Projects Report
The Ozarks Transportation Organization announces a public comment period for the public to review and comment on the Annual Listing of Obligated Projects (ALOP). The ALOP is a listing of federal funds obligated on projects within the OTO area from July 1, 2021 to June 30, 2022. Though published separately, the ALOP is part of the FY 2023-2026 Transportation Improvement Program.

Comments can also be submitted in writing to Ozarks Transportation Organization, 2208 W. Chesterfield Boulevard, Suite 101, Springfield, Missouri 65807, emailed to comment@ozarkstransportation.org, or faxed to 417-862-6013.
The public comment period will end at 5 pm on September 14, 2022. The OTO Board of Directors will review and consider accepting the Annual Listing of Obligated Projects at their September 15, 2022 Board Meeting, held at 12:00 noon. After reviewing recommendations and entertaining public comment, the OTO Board of Directors will decide whether to formally accept the Listing.
