Transportation Plan 2040 Amendment 13 packet

OTO is amending the long range transportation plan, Transportation Plan 2040, to include new projects on the constrained project list.

Two projects are proposed to be added to the Constrained Project List ahead of programming in the Transportation Improvement Program.

Added Projects to the Constrained List

1. City of Springfield Grand Street - $2,000,000

2. MoDOT Route ZZ/Farm Road 182 - $1,338,000

To ensure fiscal constraint, the funding received through the Federal Lands Access Program and National Parks Service for the Route ZZ/FR182 project ($970,000) was also added to the Financial Projections.

The public comment period will end on July 14, 2021 at 5 p.m. The OTO Board of Directors will review and consider approving the Amendment at their July 15, 2021 Board Meeting, held at 12:00 noon via electronic means and in person in the OTO Large Conference Room at 2208 W. Chesterfield Boulevard, Suite 101, Springfield, MO 65807. The meeting will be broadcast via Facebook Live. After reviewing recommendations and entertaining public comment, the OTO Board of Directors will decide whether to formally adopt the Amendment.
