Four changes are proposed for Amendment Number 9 to the FY 2020-2023 Transportation Improvement Program and can be found in the attached packet.
- *New* Route 14 Roadway Improvements 6th to W on South (OK2002-20A9)
MoDOT is requesting to add a project for scoping roadway improvements from 6th Avenue to W along Route 14 for a total programmed amount of $293,000.
- *New* Route CC Capital Improvements (OK2102-20A9)
MoDOT is requesting to add a project for scoping roadway improvements from Fremont Road to 22nd Street along Route CC for a total programmed amount of $150,000.
- *Revised* Interchange Improvements at Route 60 and Route 125 (RG0901-20A9)
MoDOT is requesting to update the programming for the Route 60 and 125 interchange with a new total programmed amount of $24,482,000.
- *Revised* Scoping for Route MM Railroad Crossing Improvements (RP1704-20A9)
MoDOT is requesting to update the amounts for scoping the MM railroad crossing improvements, with a new total programmed amount of $2,104,000.

The public comment period will end on March 17, 2021 at 5 p.m. The OTO Board of Directors will review and consider approving the Amendment at their March 18, 2021 Board Meeting, held at 12:00 noon via electronic means. After reviewing recommendations and entertaining public comment, the OTO Board of Directors will decide whether to formally adopt the Amendment.
